Important Notes:
- Group registration for NSM member, applicable for group of 5 members.
- For group registration, please email conference secretariat.
- All members (except Life members) must have paid up their annual membership fees, including that for 2025, to be eligible to attend at NSM member rate.
- Postgraduate students must be members of NSM to attend at member rate.
- Final year undergraduate students of nutrition programmes in local universities will be invited through their respective Heads of Departments to participate in the Conference.
Registration & Payment Instructions
1. Complete and submit the online registration form below.
2. Payment of registration fees can be done via the following methods:
- i. Online Bank Transfer/ Credit Card (Preferred Mode of Payment)
- ii. Invoice to Malaysian company / organization (PO / guarantee letter is required)
- iii. Invoice to Malaysian government agency (LPO is required*)
3. For Government officers using e-perolehan system, please alert the Secretariat via email when the admin office has invited NSM to submit a quotation.
4. Please email / fax us a proof of payment (photo / scan / screenshot) or Government LPO / guarantee letter in order to confirm your registration.
Note: For methods 2 (ii) and (iii), registration is only confirmed upon receipt of a copy of the Government LPO / Guarantee letter.

HRDF-Claimable
This Conference organised by Nutrition Society of Malaysia, a professional body, is HRDF-claimable. Participants should advise their organisation's HR department to apply prior to event using the conference programme and list of speakers.

Cancellation Policy:
If you are unable to attend, we regret that a refund cannot be made. However, a replacement participant is allowed at no extra cost provided written notice is given prior to the Conference.
