Registration & Payment Instructions

1. Registration
  • All participants are required to complete and submit the online registration form via the official conference website.
  • Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment and written confirmation from the Conference Secretariat.
  • The Organiser reserves the right to deny entry to the Conference if payment has not been received.
2. Payment Methods

Registration fees may be paid via:

  • i) Online Bank Transfer
  • ii) iPay88 (Credit Card)
  • iii) Invoice to Malaysian company/organisation (Purchase Order or Guarantee Letter required)*

Participants must email proof of payment to nsmconference@nutriweb.org.my upon completion of registration.

All bank charges, transaction fees, and currency exchange costs (if applicable) shall be borne by the participant.

3. Registration via ePerolehan (LPO)

For participants registering through ePerolehan:

  • The Finance Officer/Representative must request relevant documents from the Secretariat.
  • A Simple Quotation must be generated in the ePerolehan system for acceptance.
  • Upon acceptance, the Request Note and Request must be raised before the Purchase Order (PO) is issued.
  • The PO must be submitted via ePerolehan for confirmation by the Secretariat.
  • A hard copy of the PO must be provided to the attending delegate.
  • The delegate must submit the PO at the Registration Counter for endorsement.
  • The Secretariat will provide supporting documents (Invoice, Delivery Order, Purchase Order).
  • The endorsed documents must be returned to the Finance Officer/Representative to complete the payment process.

The Organiser shall not be responsible for delays arising from internal institutional processes.

HRDF

HRDF-Claimable

This Conference organised by Nutrition Society of Malaysia, a professional body, is HRDF-claimable. Participants should advise their organisation's HR department to apply prior to event using the conference programme and list of speakers.

Cancellation & Substitution Policy

  1. All registration fees are non-refundable.
  2. A substitute participant is permitted at no additional cost, subject to:
    • Written notification to the Conference Secretariat and
    • Approval by the Conference Organising Committee.
  3. Substitution requests must be submitted at least seven (7) days prior to the Conference.
  4. No refunds will be granted for failure to attend due to personal reasons, travel disruptions, visa issues, or other circumstances beyond the Organiser's control.
